Who cares for your baby

Who will look after my baby in Seedlings?

Seedlings is built on responsive caregiving: educators tune in to your baby’s cues and comfort them when they need it, which builds the secure attachment and trust that let a baby relax and explore.

In Western Australia the law requires at least one educator for every four children from birth to 24 months (ACECQA ratio table). Ask on your tour how Seedlings is staffed through the day.

Everwood is owned by Issy, a qualified teacher and mum.

  • Talk with our educators about your baby’s interests, routines and development
  • Share changes and questions at drop-off and pick-up
  • Rated Meeting the National Quality Standard in all seven quality areas (ACECQA, May 2026)

Settling in and staying in touch

How will my baby settle in?

Settling in starts with you, because no one knows your baby better than you do.

Tell us the rituals and routines that matter at home, from feeds to the way your baby falls asleep, and we will build them into the day. You are welcome to visit, stay or call during the day, as part of our open-door policy.

Xplor carries photos and updates, from nappy changes to activities. Notes from Brenda’s Monday movement sessions come through Earlyworks.
