Eligibility & Booking

1. Offer Period: Valid for new families who enrol between 12 July 2025 and 30 September 2025 and quote "FREE Month" at the time of booking.

2. Minimum Commitment: 2 days per week minimum for four consecutive weeks. Care must commence within 14 days of enrolment confirmation.

3. Availability: Subject to Everwood's standard enrolment policies and centre availability. One redemption per family only.

Promotional Structure

1. Free Period: The first two weeks of care (Weeks 1-2) are provided at no charge. Session fees are set to $0 and Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is therefore not payable for those sessions.

2. Normal Billing: Weeks 3-4 are billed at our standard daily fee of $165 per child. CCS may reduce your out-of-pocket cost from Week 3 onwards, subject to your family's CCS eligibility and entitlement.

"Stay or We Pay" Guarantee

1. Guarantee Period: If you wish to activate the guarantee, you must provide written notice during Week 4 only (days 22-28 of your enrolment period) to end care effective after Week 4

2. Written Notice Requirements: Notice must be submitted via email to admin@everwood.edu.au and include:

   • Child's full name and enrolment ID

   • Intended final day of care

   • Confirmation that you wish to activate the guarantee

3. Guarantee Benefit: Upon valid notice, Everwood will credit 100% of your Week 3 gap fee to your account. The relevant Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS) session reports will be amended to reflect a $0 fee for Week 3, and any CCS already paid for Week 3 will be reversed through the system.

4. Credit Timing: Credits will be applied to your account within 14 business days of valid notice submission. Session report amendments will be processed within regulatory timeframes (up to 28 days as required by CCS legislation).

Standard Terms

1. Normal Fees: Our standard daily fee is $165 per child. This fee applies from Week 3 onwards unless the guarantee is activated.

2. CCS Compliance: Families must maintain current CCS eligibility and comply with all Child Care Subsidy requirements throughout the promotional period. Any changes to your CCS status must be reported to both Services Australia and Everwood immediately.

3. Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special rates. Not available to families currently receiving Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS).

4. Welcome Pack: Complimentary "seed-sprout" welcome pack (value under $30) provided after completion of Week 4, regardless of whether the guarantee is activated.

Legal & Operational

1. Record Keeping: Everwood will maintain all required records for promotional discounts and session report amendments in accordance with regulatory requirements.

2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding this promotion will be resolved in accordance with Everwood's standard complaint procedures. Initial complaints should be directed to the Centre Manager.

3. Modification Rights: Everwood reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time with 7 days' written notice to enrolled families. Current participants will be honoured under the terms active at their enrolment date.

4. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Western Australian law and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

• All families remain subject to Everwood's standard policies, procedures, and fee structures
